Bid dates and projects are amended more frequently than this web page, therefore Emerald Coast Constructors, Inc. will not be responsible for the accuracy of the documents listed herein.  These documents are solely intended as a notice of the projects for which we intend to submit a bid or proposal.   It is the responsibility of each bidder to verify bid dates and check for amendments prior to submitting a bid to our office. Unless otherwise specified on a bidder's proposal, Emerald Coast Constructors, Inc. will assume that the bidder has reviewed all plans, specifications and amendments and is forwarding its bid accordingly.

If a W/MBE is selected as a subcontractor/vendor on a project and needs financial assistance with procuring materials, payroll, etc., Emerald Coast Constructors will negotiate special terms of payment with those subcontractors/vendors on a case by case basis.
