Emerald Coast Constructors can provide the Florida Universal Wind Mitigation Inspection and will submit to you and your insurance agent the standard Office of Insurance Regulation Form 1802 summary report. If there are aspects of your homes construction that fall short of the optimal insurance rating we can provide the improvements that will remedy those shortcomings. This includes installing missing or additional roof framing to wall connectors, roof sheathing adhesive application, hurricane shutter panels (corrugated steel, clear "lexan", colonial, Bahama, accordion, Fabric-Shield and others), hurricane rated replacement windows, hurricane rated entry/egress doors and hurricane rated garage doors.
